For any of you who plan on visiting lovely Downtown Pittsburgh anytime soon, I wanted to offer some sound advice you won’t find in any travel Brochure. Last call comes early (around 11pm ) and if you’re looking for a place to relieve some tension… Despite what you may want to believe after drinking all day… Do not follow these signs to the “Strip District”. It’s not what you think. Oddly enough it’s just block after block of old warehouses, small factories and abandoned restaurants … and for the record, not a single one of them is open at 2am where you could end up walking a god damned mile, in the middle of nowhere, in the rain, before you find a god damned cab to take you back to the hotel that you should have just gone to in the first place.
