No, I am not talking about the market. I’m talking about these aliens that we pay $10 bucks a shot for to go see on the big screen. Just when I thought I couldn’t respect Hollywood any less they have reached an all time low. The self elected elite that make movies and live in the foreign country of Beverly Hills, have truly outdone themselves.
They began last week, by undermining the country and their beloved savior Barack Obama by cuddling with Hugo Chavez. Yes, on the same day where this dictator for life spoke to the U.N, touting such noble ideas as his support for Iran and how the United States will self destruct, Huho (not a typo) was treated to a really good time by Hollywood’s elite. Great Americans like Danny Glover, Sean Penn, Kevin Spacey, Susan Sarandon all showed their support for Hugo. Even the nobel prize winner Courtney Love walked arm in arm with a smiling Hugo. These same intellectual titans who called Bush a dictator a mere year ago couldn’t get enough of this military ruler. Anything for a photo op.
Hollywood backed this up by supporting and showing massive amounts of love for the great Roman Polanski. Harrison Ford, Whoopi Goldberg, Harvey Weinstein, Monica Bellucci, and daughter marrying Woody Allen quickly tripped over each other to get Roman’s back. Using such eloquent words as Whoppi’s, ” It wasn’t rape, rape”. I think that was the same defense used in every date rape case until 1980. Ms liberal black woman just sent the country back 50 years with that statement of genius. What if an early American slave owner said “well when we killed that slave it wasn’t really murder, murder. We knew him he was my property” It’s all a friggin joke. A crime is a crime. Read carefully what I am writing before you get offended, because I am being the exact opposite of racist.
