Because we are forever being ranked, compared to and measured up to our competitors in this doggy-dog world of sales trading we must be tenacious in order to survive.

Our profession remains one of the most competitive in the world of finance. No matter how much business we do – we should be doing more, and if commission dollars with an account (or the entire street) are down then we should be getting more market share.

Out of sight and out of mind is not an option for us. Instead we are conditioned to be the dog on your leg – but one that never finishes… always grinding, always pumping… but never allowed to be satisfied.
