Enough is Enough

The following was written by a fellow Wall Streeter and ex Airborne Ranger Vietnam Vet who has had enough.  He recently responded to a CBS article that was flagged and then removed by Obama’s media police. We wanted to make sure this man was justly heard.

Nancy Pelosi and Steny Hoyer recently called vocal protestors “un-American” (LA Times August 10,2009, 5:05PDT). Mr. Hoyer and Ms Pelosi it is you and your Congress and your Administration that is UN America, hypocritical, wince Communists, and a detriment to the very Constitution  that you swore to uphold, defend and protect. Have you ever read he First Amendment-it is called Free Speech!!!!!!! That is the very premise upon which this country was built and provided for your parasitic rise to power. Are you, the president, and Congress bringing up the drawbridge and making serfs of all decent, hard working, common sense people? You have the hubris to label those that disagree with you with such inflammatory remarks that it is itself criminal. That Ms Pelosi and Mr. Hoyer are called “hateful remarks”. If an American labeled immigrants (whom you wish to provide benefits for) with such derogatory remarks as “illegal” (which they are), “parasites” (which they are because they do not pay taxes, and you do nothing about it), you would have them under judicial review. But it is okay for members of this Congress and Administration to say anything about anybody.

I am calling for a Writ of Mandamus for members of Congress and the Administration to:

1. Enforce our immigration laws-if the illegal immigrants are just that then enforce the laws of the United States. Round them up and deport them.
2. Enforce our Internal Revenue Code-go after those same illegal immigrants and start the collection process for taxes due. Go after the employers of those immigrants who fail to report them on their wages. (Oh wait I forgot, they cut your lawn- so therefore it does not apply).
3. If I were to say “I am smarter than Latino Women”-you would prosecute me for hateful speech. But if a Supreme Court Justice can say she, as a Latino woman, is smarter than a white man, then she misspoke.
4. You demand transparency for the financial markets. We Americans demand transparency from Congress for domestic and foreign bills that have nothing to do with National Security.
5. You are concerned that institutions that received TARP disclose their compensation policies. We Americans demand that members of Congress disclose their financial dealings across the board, and itemize the “perks” they receive by being members of Congress. It is after all “constructive receipt” of income (per the IRC) as applicable to every other American.
