I recently picked up a new account and after a couple weeks of ignoring my IM’s and phone calls he finally decided to give me a shot and test things out with a small order. That was his first mistake. His second mistake was sending it over IM. For your amusement and my abusement I have copy and pasted the entire IM conversation. Except for the client’s name and stock symbol, I haven’t changed a single word.
